Congratulations to our three new Lay Preachers: Anne Byfield, Peter Knowles and Marion McNeill, who graduated with degrees in Contextual Theology from Chester University on Friday 8th November. In total 10 URC students from across the UK were accepted as Graduates of the University.

The part time degree course had taken 4 years to complete and included a one year course examining Christian interaction with other faiths. The tutor throughout was the Rev. Dr. Tony Haws, until recently the Minister at St. Andrew’s.
