Into The Light is a not for profit and Community Interest Company that offers counselling, support and information for Survivors of Sexual Abuse and those that support them.

We offer one to one counselling to men and women Survivors and also a Ten Week Support And Information Group for Women Survivors. Additionally there are workshops for Survivors and their supporters and training for professionals working with Survivors.
