Ga Dangme Fellowship at 20

On Sunday 27th October at 3pm, the Ga Dangme Fellowship marked a significant milestone in its journey of faith with a grand celebration of its 20th Anniversary. The anniversary service honoured the Fellowship’s history, the growth it has experienced over two decades, and its continuing mission to spread the message of hope and salvation in the Ga Dangme-speaking community.

The service led by Revd Dr Victor Oko Abbey was filled with lively hymns and praises in both English and Ga. The occasion was graced by the King of the Ga State, Ga Mantse, Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II. He gave an address and emphasised the importance of instilling the Ga culture and language in children both in Ghana and the diaspora. He also expressed his gratitude for the Fellowship’s commitment to spreading the Word of God in the Ga Dangme community.

The service was followed with a reception where the congregation continued to enjoy their time in fellowship.
