On 15th April the church celebrated 50 years since it came into being with the union of the Presbyterian Church of England and the Congregational Church in England and Wales.

An open day at URC Church House was followed by a walk across London, visiting sites of special interest to the Reformed tradition and a service attended by many hundreds of worshippers in Westminster Central Hall, where the URC was formed on October 5, 1972.
