Join Teacher and Coach, Faeeza Keshavjee, from Chi moves to learn the healing energy arts of Tai Chi and Qigong through some simple practices which will include movement, breathwork, mindfulness and energy awareness.
These gentle wholistic exercises are often referred to as moving meditations.
We shall also practice still forms of Qigong, to cultivate standing and sitting meditation as a route to inner calm, health and wellbeing.
£60 for 5 weekly one hour sessions or £50 for those on low income who can not afford normal rate
All the exercises will be gentle and soft and suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. However, if you have any medical conditions please do seek your doctors approval before undertaking any form of physical exercise.
