Dalcroze Eurhythmics is a unique way to learn  the language of music through movement. Taught in most Music conservatoires in the UK it is Music’s best kept secret!

Your tutor: Kaye Barker BA (Oxon), MA (Ed), PGCE, Diplôme Supérieur, Dalcroze Eurhythmics (Geneva, Switzerland)

Kaye Barker is an Ealing–based musician and teacher. She was violinist with the BBC Philharmonic and performed with the Bridge Quartet on BBC Radio 3 and Classic FM.

Kaye moved into education to be Head of Strings, Ealing Music Service, then Head of Music at Gumley House School FCJ. She gained her Professional Certificate in Dalcroze Eurhythmics in 2012, her Licence in 2017 and in December 2021 she completed the Diplôme Supérieur, the top qualification in the method. 15:15                 Solfa/Aural Training: Dalcrozian ways of Aural Training

16:30– 1700     Question and Answer session

Transport St. Andrew’s is 5 mins walk from Ealing Broadway station.

There is free parking at the venue.

Refreshments Coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruit & biscuits will be provided free of charge. Please bring a packed lunch.
