ASHTANGA YOGA –  A fantastic way to develop strength and increase flexibility.

The classes are strong and dynamic. Work slowly and steadily and your confidence, stamina, flexibility and overall sense of well being will improve.

BEGINNERS        MONDAY             18:30 – 19:30      £10 per class

INTERMEDIATE                 MONDAY             19:30 – 21:00      £10 per class


Classes are taught by Angela Bradbery, a fully qualified and insured yoga teacher.
